Role Overview
This role is part of Alcon’s Information Technology function, leading the design and optimization of secure product development and operational processes.
What You Will Do
Lead the integration of security measures into product development and operational workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure infrastructure is secure and scalable.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of total experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP/Data 360)
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, ETL/ELT tools, and connectors
- Experience with real-time data processing, architectures)
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Salesforce Einstein
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, GxP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
