As a Strategic Account Manager Surgical supporting our Sales & Sales Support organization, you will build strategic partnerships, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive access to Alcon’s surgical portfolio across Finland and Sweden.
Requirements
- Professional experience in ophthalmology, optometry, or eye-care–related medical devices.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships and achieving sales or growth targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities and the ability to analyze market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and customer data.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and structured account planning.
- Strategic thinker with strong relationship‐building skills.
- Customer‐centric mindset with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Self‐driven, organized, and comfortable working autonomously across two countries.
- Fluent in Finnish and Swedish to effectively support customers in both markets.
