Senior Sales Compensation Leader

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Compensation Leader will lead the design, governance, and optimization of sales incentive programs worldwide, owning the full cycle from plan design through communication and payment accuracy at every step.

Responsibilities include sales compensation & variable pay, job architecture, market benchmarking & data intelligence, data & analytics, compliance & audits, stakeholder partnership, and team contribution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a Global Total Rewards function within a matrixed, high-growth organization
  • Background in tech or digital media with a track record of international sales compensation rollouts
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Master’s degree or professional compensation certification (e.g. CCP)
  • Advanced experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Workday experience is a major plus
  • AI literacy and hands-on use of tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT is highly valued
  • Full professional proficiency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is a plus
