Requirements

  • solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms
  • 5+ years of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects
  • genuinely curious about AI and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss
  • project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery
  • strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences
  • proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked
  • understanding of marketing funnels and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements
  • hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred)
  • familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups
  • comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs
  • experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus
  • familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued
  • highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
  • self-starter, comfortable working independently
