Role Overview

The Inside Sales role involves introducing products to clients, increasing sales, and working with customers to find solutions. The main objective is to sell products over the phone through cold calling and client referrals.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include cold calling, understanding client needs, establishing friendly relations, creating and maintaining a list of prospect clients, working with the sales team, and tracking performance and sales metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ inside sales experience

• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
• Bilingual
