Role Overview
The company is launching a project to implement the Salesforce CRM platform at the international level. The resource will be inserted in the IT team and will actively participate in the project to implement Salesforce CRM, collaborating with the involved business functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Post-Sale) and external partners.
What You Will Do
Participating in the definition of the data model, configuration, development, training, testing, and launch of the system in the various phases of the project. Managing integrations between CRM and other corporate systems (e.g., ERP). Providing application maintenance activities in the various components (e.g., workflow, automation, dashboard, report). Supporting users in daily activities, providing training and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. 3-4 years of experience in similar roles in industrial, commercial, system integrator, or technology companies. Experience in configuring and managing the Salesforce CRM platform. Involvement in CRM projects in areas such as sales, opportunities, offers, forecast, product configuration, post-sale.

- Salary: €50,000.00 to €60,000.00
