Inside Sales Representative- Construction Equipment Rentals

Role Overview

Inside Sales Representative will work primarily at a sales counter handling phone calls and walk-in customers, selling new and used equipment, and maintaining a proven track record of success. The role requires excellent customer service, commission new jobs, and follow up with customers regarding rentals.

What You Will Do

Schedule work orders, complete customer contracts, maintain showroom cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. The role also involves loading and unloading equipment, assisting with safety regulations, and delivering equipment as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid CA driver’s license with satisfactory record
• Valid proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Be able to lift 50lbs unaided
• Computer Literacy- Typing and understanding computers/technology and basic software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe PDF, etc.)
• Some mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment- Certifications a plus!
• Professional communication skills in English both written and verbal- Bilingual a plus!
• A serious attitude towards safety in the workplace
• Satisfactory Background check
