On-Site Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

The On-Site Inside Sales Representative will work primarily at a sales counter, handling phone calls and walk-in customers, and maintaining a proven track record of success selling new and used equipment. The role requires excellent customer service, knowledge of equipment, and a serious attitude towards safety.

What You Will Do

The representative will schedule work orders, complete customer contracts, follow up with customers, and commission new jobs as necessary. They will also load and unload equipment, assist with safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a valid CA driver’s license, computer literacy, mechanical aptitude, and professional communication skills. They will also be able to lift 50lbs unaided and have a satisfactory background check.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid CA driver’s license with satisfactory record
• Valid proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Be able to lift 50lbs unaided
• Computer Literacy- Typing and understanding computers/technology and basic software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe PDF, etc.)
• Some mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment- Certifications a plus!
• Professional communication skills in English both written and verbal- Bilingual a plus!
• A serious attitude towards safety in the workplace
• Satisfactory Background check
