Data & BI Analyst (Power BI)

Role Overview

The role combines data analysis with business/commercial vision, requiring experience in creating advanced dashboards in Power BI and large-scale data analysis. The team is part of the Commercial Planning and Projects team at Allianz Spain.

What You Will Do

Leading analysis, reporting, and control of sales, designing and automating dashboards for commercial targets, and maintaining data pipelines. Applying advanced analytics techniques, machine learning, and AI to achieve targets and sales ambition in Allianz Insurance.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in creating advanced dashboards in Power BI and large-scale data analysis
• High level of English (at least B2)
• Project management skills
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different areas of the company
• Domain of SQL, Python, and Azure Synapse/PostgreSQL for data manipulation, extraction, and automation
• Experience or knowledge in GenAI, LLMs, and machine learning applied to reporting automation, natural language generation of insights, and analytical process optimization
• Industry knowledge of the insurance sector (branches, products, and commercial dynamics)
