Senior Operational Data Analyst

Role Overview

As Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions on IF&IS area. You will collaborate with central data functions and regional cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Support the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for analytics data products. Analyze and interpret data from diverse enterprise systems and services. Identify and prioritize quick-win opportunities for operational and financial improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in IT infrastructure or enterprise services
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, DataBricks, Fabric, Excel & SQL and data visualization techniques
• Experience working with SAP, ServiceNow, Jira and cloud cost management tools (FinOps)
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to delivery
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish, German is a plus
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
