Account Manager

Role Overview

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, ensuring safety and well-being. You will guide, develop, and motivate a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. This role is with North America’s leading security and facility services company.

What You Will Do

Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime. Lead and develop security teams through hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations. Serve as the primary client contact, handle security incidents and emergencies, and oversee compliance, training, safety, and inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle while conducting business
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects
• Financial acumen to manage staffing levels and control costs
