Lead the development and execution of effective B2B business strategies, establish and maintain strategic business relationships, and drive revenue growth as a Business Development Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, including a minimum of 5 years in senior sales management roles within large enterprises or group-based organizations.
- Strong network and proven ability to build, expand, and maintain relationships with C-level executives, partners, and enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing, coaching, and enhancing the effectiveness of sales teams.
- Proactive, innovative, and highly motivated with a strong passion for business development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor teams to achieve high performance.
