Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building a structured market intelligence capability to track rankings, genre trends, and competitors’ user acquisition and creative strategies. They will translate market insights into actionable recommendations and support decisions on future ideas and products. The role requires a data-driven approach to investment decisions, user acquisition leadership, and game portfolio strategy and launching.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will develop and own a standardized scale-or-kill framework across the product portfolio, allocate and reallocate user acquisition budgets, collaborate with the Data team to develop reliable LTV prediction models, and take overall responsibility for media buying performance across major acquisition channels.

Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in growth or digital product marketing within a highly analytical, fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years of management experience at Manager level or above, with responsibility for multiple functional teams.
- Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale user acquisition budgets across multiple channels and markets.
- Demonstrated track record in portfolio decision-making, with direct involvement in scaling or discontinuing products based on data.
- Strong leadership and proven ability to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals, including experience in setting challenging objectives, building team commitment, and delivering measurable outcomes.
