Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the company’s network of business partners and operational sites. This role will build, lead, and scale a high-performing outbound sales and business development team focused on engaging business owners, factory managers, operations leaders, and other key decision-makers.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute outbound B2B sales strategies to acquire new business partners and operational sites. Build relationships with business owners, senior executives, plant managers, logistics leaders, and other key decision-makers. Conduct on-site assessments at factories, warehouses, commercial facilities, and other operational locations.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, direct sales management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven experience recruiting, coaching, and managing a sizable field sales or business development team.
- Strong hands-on and field-oriented mindset, with willingness to regularly visit factories, warehouses, industrial zones, and commercial locations.
- Excellent B2B sales, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to engage senior executives, business owners, plant managers, and operational decision-makers.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and performance-management capabilities.
