Lead the design, development, and integration of predictive algorithms and automation for surgical planning within the EOS Insight platform, combining deep technical expertise in predictive modeling and linear algebra with a strong understanding of clinical workflows.
Requirements
- Lead the definition, development, and optimization of algorithms and automation for surgical planning applications
- Design and implement optimization algorithms and mathematical frameworks
- Partner with marketing and surgeon partners to define and drive the use of algorithms and automation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, surgeon partners, development teams, and other stakeholders
- Mentor team members in developing predictive modeling techniques and best practices
- Develop and execute system and subsystem tests during development
- Support compliance testing and product certification processes
- Partner with project managers or directly manage projects
- Contribute to and support Design Control Phase reviews
- Perform other related duties as assigned
