Lead the design, development, and integration of predictive algorithms and automation for surgical planning within the EOS Insight platform, combining deep technical expertise in predictive modeling and linear algebra with a strong understanding of clinical workflows.

Requirements

  • Lead the definition, development, and optimization of algorithms and automation for surgical planning applications
  • Design and implement optimization algorithms and mathematical frameworks
  • Partner with marketing and surgeon partners to define and drive the use of algorithms and automation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, surgeon partners, development teams, and other stakeholders
  • Mentor team members in developing predictive modeling techniques and best practices
  • Develop and execute system and subsystem tests during development
  • Support compliance testing and product certification processes
  • Partner with project managers or directly manage projects
  • Contribute to and support Design Control Phase reviews
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
