Role Overview

The Principal Data & AI Solution Lead is a Group-level GTM and business leadership role responsible for defining and driving ALSO’s Data & AI strategy and execution across markets.

What You Will Do

Own the Group-level Data & AI solution strategy and execution roadmap, define priority partner segments, solution motions, campaigns, enablement plans, and execution milestones.

Requirements

• Principal business and GTM leader with strong Microsoft cloud ecosystem experience
• Commercial mindset with ability to connect solution priorities to partner growth, pipeline, and revenue outcomes
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management across multiple countries and functions
• Business-level understanding of Data & AI technologies without needing to be the hands-on architect
• Structured execution discipline with ability to move from strategy to measurable field execution
