At Alstom, we are looking for a Digital Operations Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a Digital Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful digital initiatives across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning digital strategies with regional business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, with a strong preference for hands-on experience in digital tools and support team management.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in SAP roll-out projects; experience with GSI models is a plus.
- Strong focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and convey them effectively to internal IS&T teams.
- Knowledge of performance measurement and process adoption strategies.
- Familiarity with methodologies and tools to support application adoption and monitoring.
