Role Overview
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the month-end closing process, performing accounts reconciliations and analysis, and supporting the team for reporting financial statements to Management.
What You Will Do
The tasks specifically assigned to the financial analyst may vary according to business needs, including supporting month-end process, preparing monthly analysis, updating continuity schedules, and reconciling intercompany balances.

To succeed, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, and strong analytical and communication skills in French and English.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- CPA designation or in the process of obtaining one is an asset
- Strong analytical mind
- Attention to detail
- Natural propensity for teamwork
- Good organizational skills, management of priorities and timelines
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken)
- Problem solving and process improvement oriented
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Workday is an asset
- Good knowledge of accounting standards for private companies (ASPE)
