Role Overview
The FP&A Manager will lead the financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting activities for the U.S. operations. The role combines strong financial expertise, business partnering, and analytical capabilities to improve forecast accuracy, strengthen performance management, and continuously enhance FP&A processes and tools.

Key responsibilities include financial planning and forecasting, financial performance and business analysis, management reporting, business partnering, closing and financial governance, and process improvement and finance transformation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent qualification is considered an asset
- Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling or corporate finance
- Previous experience in an FP&A Manager, Finance Manager or similar role is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
- Strong understanding of P&L management and business performance drivers
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting systems; experience with NetSuite and OneStream would be an advantage in your environment
- Experience working within a multi-entity, multi-business-unit or international organization is preferred
