Senior Finance Manager – FP&A & Financial Operations

Role Overview

Drive the development and scaling of automated financial operations processes, and take over the entire cycle of financial control, including strategic and operational planning, forecasting, and actual reporting & analysis.

What You Will Do

Prepare financial views, communicate with the strategic investor, and derive clear action options and recommendations for the leadership team.

You will be a strong sparring partner for the accounting lead in financial accounting, accounting, and taxes, and take on increasing responsibility for further topics in the finance area.

Requirements

• in-depth process knowledge of source-to-pay and order-to-cash processes
• experience in building financial processes from scratch or significantly scaling existing structures
• in-depth experience in the entire FP&A cycle
• good knowledge of financial accounting, accounting, and taxes
• experience in accompanying annual financial statements and as a contact person for audits
• experience in communicating with (strategic) investors
