Customer Operations & Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative and Customer Operations professional to serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers and distribution partners.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive customer intimacy, provide proactive back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams, and manage escalation and exception requests on customer orders and supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a customer operations, inside sales, or sales operations role, with demonstrated experience owning customer issues end to end in a semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech environment.
• Familiarity with high-touch technical sales and distribution models
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with both customers and internal teams.
• Proactive, relationship-driven, and highly organized, with a focus on customer success.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and ERP tools.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
• Fluency – both spoken and written – in English and the local language of the region where the assigned customer base resides
