Manager, FP&A

Role Overview

The Manager, FP&A serves as a critical partner for the brand’s Americas’ leadership team, responsible for the development and analysis of all strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the brand’s business.

What You Will Do

The role involves leading the financial planning process, modeling new growth vectors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor progress against growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or other related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Fortune 500 publicly traded company experience in a matrix organization performing Financial Analysis and Planning strongly preferred
