Role Overview

This role involves leading the strategy and evolution of Altria’s consumer identity verification, account management, and fraud management platforms. The Marketing Manager, Identity & Fraud Product Owner will partner across business and technology teams to deliver consumer-centered solutions while balancing business objectives, risk, compliance requirements, and technical considerations.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager, Identity & Fraud Product Owner will serve as Product Owner for proprietary platforms, develop and manage a product roadmap, identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, digital products, marketing technology, consumer experience, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology organizations.
• Experience owning digital platforms, technology-enabled business processes, or consumer-facing solutions.
• Understanding technical architecture, APIs, system integrations, data flows, and platform ecosystems.
• Ability to drive clarity, decision-making, and issue resolution across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
