Role Overview
As a Sales Manager with Altria Group Distribution Company, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our industry in our ever-changing landscape. You’ll be responsible for handling an assigned sales territory, averaging $15 million in annual revenue, comprised of approximately 130 established retail accounts in a non-commission sales environment.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include handling sales and distribution within a given geography, selling company initiatives to retail partners, consulting and advising on category management and business analytics, developing innovative ways to improve business performance, and utilizing analytics to evaluate market opportunities and impact business performance.

Benefits
- Competitive salary range $72,900 – $103,900 / annually
- Annual incentive compensation by target

- Deferred Profit-Sharing (DPS) Plan with company contribution of 13%-17% of base salary
