Director, Growth & Innovation Operations

Role Overview

Reporting to the VP, VAS Strategy & Operations, the Director, Growth & Innovation Operations will accelerate the execution of strategic priorities across Altus Group’s Valuation Advisory Services (VAS) business. This is a hands-on, player-coach role that will establish clear priorities, align teams, and lead initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.

The Director will turn strategic priorities into results, drive commercial and operational improvement, bring innovation into everyday operations, create visibility and accountability, align teams and accelerate execution, and lead and develop talent.
