Role Overview

The Deal Desk Program Manager will run the engine for processing high-volume partner agreement nominations, executing deals end-to-end, and managing post-signature compliance.

What You Will Do

The role involves operating a system-driven deal desk, processing deals through automated workflows, triaging edge cases, and building tactical fixes to increase throughput.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of business agreements development, negotiation, and execution experience
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
