Role Overview

Join Amazon Healthcare Finance Operations Services as a Revenue Cycle Defect Analyst focused on identifying, documenting, and validating revenue cycle defects that impact financial performance. In this role, you will serve as a critical individual contributor responsible for defining defects within billing, collections, cash application, and denial management processes.

What You Will Do

You will hypothesize about potential defects, design and execute experiments to prove their existence and impact, and package findings into structured defect analyses that enable technology and operations teams to implement solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience within registration, scheduling, billing, cash collection, cash application, or denial management/follow-up
• Medical billing experience with an understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes, third-party payer guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to clearly document findings, articulate complex issues, and communicate effectively in written form to diverse stakeholders
