Salesforce Developer & Administrator

Role Overview

The Amazon Business India Salesforce Team is looking for a smart, motivated, and hands-on Salesforce Developer & Administrator to own and operate our shared production Salesforce instance supporting 500+ internal and external users.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, new feature delivery, integrations with internal tools and AWS services, and ensuring a smooth experience for business teams across Sales, Operations, and Customer Advisory.

Requirements

• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
• Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Python scripting language
• Experience working with Git or an equivalent distributed version control system
• Experience in AWS services
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Must have managed a Salesforce instance of 500+ users
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations or similar AI/LLM orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and data management within Salesforce ecosystems
