Senior Financial Analyst, NA Ops FP&A

Role Overview

The North America Center of Excellence (HCE) team supports headcount and cost related activities for all roles within our NA Operations across multiple logistics and fulfillment businesses. You will make history as you help build one of the largest networks on the planet. This role partners closely with a broad range of finance and operations leaders who share a common goal of delivering the Best in Class delivery experience.

What You Will Do

Identifies basic control risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements process improvement framework to remediate gaps. Contributes to weekly/monthly financial close. Outputs plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau
