Senior GTM Specialist, Agentic Infra, Startup, WWSO SUP NAMER GTM

Role Overview

The Senior GTM Specialist will work with the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Startup team to help Startups scale quickly and cost-effectively on AWS. The role requires interacting with CxO/VP level executives, developers, and technical architects to ease adoption, develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive top-line revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.

What You Will Do

Key job responsibilities include interacting at the CxO/VP level, developing and deploying programs that leverage AWS Field teams, collaborating with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, and owning the Startup GTM strategy and execution for GenAI in the western US.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience, as well as experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level and presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology
