Senior Manager, Finance Systems

Role Overview

Lead and strengthen enterprise finance systems landscape, driving system enhancements, automation, integration, and transformation initiatives across Finance.

What You Will Do

Lead governance and support of ERP General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting systems, manage ERP GL, Oracle EPM, and enterprise finance applications, oversee integration between Core Banking, General Ledger, and other enterprise platforms.

Strong foundation in Finance Systems, experience with ERP financial systems and/or Oracle EPM, and a good understanding of banking/financial institution operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial, or accounting systems
• Good understanding of banking/financial institution operations
• Hands-on knowledge and experience supporting General Ledger systems and Core Banking-to-GL integration
• Experience with ERP financial systems and/or Oracle EPM would be an advantage
• Experience planning and managing Enterprise Financial Systems projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
