Role Overview
Our Growth Regional team is responsible for defining strategies and leading the action plan to increase penetration and orders in low-maturity cities in Zé Delivery.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and prioritize growth opportunities in low-maturity cities, build growth strategies and plans for cities, and lead the execution of plans with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Growth, strategy, performance or related areas
- Strong analytical capacity to interpret indicators, identify opportunities, and build action plans
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and result measurement
- Knowledge in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or AI tools
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, delivery, or regionalized strategies
