We are a well-funded startup on a mission to make e-commerce logistics more human-friendly and efficient with AI-powered robotics. We’re looking for a driven, AI-savvy Sales Operations Manager to be the connective tissue of our go-to-market engine.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related field
- Hands-on CRM expertise — you’ve built or rebuilt a sales instance from the ground up, not just used one
- Experience with outbound sales automation tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, HubSpot Sequences, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to draft, redline, and manage sales contracts, NDAs, and SOWs in a B2B enterprise environment
- Experience planning and executing company presence at industry tradeshows or conferences
- A track record of identifying and deploying AI tools to measurably improve team efficiency or output
- Strong project management skills — multiple workstreams in parallel without dropping the ball
- Excellent written communication; clear and concise for both internal and external audiences
