Senior FP&A Business Partner

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Business Partner will join the FP&A team within Business Finance & Analytics, covering FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Operational Finance, and BI & Data Science. The role will play an important part in shaping Ambu’s financial planning and performance management processes while contributing to executive decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

The Senior FP&A Business Partner will own key planning activities, drive performance insights, and support cross-functional initiatives that contribute to Ambu’s continued growth and transformation. Key responsibilities include owning key elements of the annual financial planning cycle, driving parts of cross-functional planning and performance management processes, analyzing business performance, and preparing and presenting financial analyses and performance updates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience driving budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes in complex organizations
• Experience working in a global organization where commercial, operational, and financial performance are closely interconnected and require cross-functional planning and performance management
• Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and preparing analyses and presentations for Executive Leadership Teams and/or Boards of Directors
• Experience driving projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Build trust and credibility through strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to navigate effectively across functions and organizational levels
• Analytical, structured, and proactive, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Power BI, Copilot, or other AI-enabled finance tools is considered an advantage
