Join the Data Management & AI team to contribute to the management of processes related to corporate data quality and the adoption of new technological solutions based on artificial intelligence models.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement procedures to ensure data quality, collaborate with business teams, and monitor and analyze data to identify and resolve any quality issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
- Knowledge of financial services and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of data management processes and data quality control techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business teams and software development teams
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Knowledge of main data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI…)
- Experience in implementing data quality scoring engines and monitoring dashboards
- Development of an action plan to address data remediation, ensure data reliability, completeness, and consistency
