The Operational Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving processes and activities related to customer lead-time, quality, and delivery expectations, as well as managing customer relationships and executing commercial projects.
Requirements
- College graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in packaging and/or FMCG industry
- Customer Service and Account management experience
- Good understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain and customer service
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with particular ability to work within team environment.
- Self-motivated
