Operational Account Manager

The Operational Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving processes and activities related to customer lead-time, quality, and delivery expectations, as well as managing customer relationships and executing commercial projects.

Requirements

  • College graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in packaging and/or FMCG industry
  • Customer Service and Account management experience
  • Good understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain and customer service
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with particular ability to work within team environment.
  • Self-motivated
