Senior Sustainability & Marketing Analyst

Role Overview

The Sr. Sustainability & Marketing Analyst supports Amcor Rigid Packaging North America’s sustainability strategy and commercial growth initiatives through data management, reporting, compliance, market intelligence, marketing initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include administering key sustainability platforms, driving data quality and integrity across manufacturing sites, leading life cycle assessment (LCA) work, managing regulatory and compliance programs, supporting internal and external reporting obligations, competitive intelligence, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, market research, marketing/business analytics, or a related analytical role
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability data platforms and GHG reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with high level of attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience managing large datasets and translating data into business insights
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships
