Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the ADEA Data Portal, analyzing, reporting, and ensuring data integrity as part of different ADEA research projects. This position is supervised by the Senior Vice President, Policy and Education Research in the Office of Educational Services (OES).
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include working collaboratively with external vendors, providing technical assistance to members, maintaining the ADEA research data platform, conducting data collection, processing, validating, and analyzing collected data, and communicating timely any issues encountered.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and five years of professional work experience, including three years of quantitative research, data science, and/or database management experience. They will also have proficiency in Python and SQL, working knowledge of statistics and ETL techniques, and ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
