Marketing Manager, MENA

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager, MENA is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that support the American Heart Association’s healthcare quality improvement, hospital certification, professional education, and science-based programs across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute marketing plans that support business growth and customer engagement across the MENA region, conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy, and develop clear customer messaging, value propositions, and campaign strategies tailored to regional market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial marketing
• Prior experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, or a healthcare setting
• Experience conducting market research and leveraging customer insights to support marketing strategy
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Experience partnering with sales teams to support demand generation and customer engagement
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
