Role Overview

The Director of North America Product Marketing Operations role is responsible for executing on the data, marketing processes, and marketing governance to drive efficiency, consistency, and scale in support of content production across North American marketing teams at Columbia Threadneedle Investments.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with senior leadership and key business partners to streamline data operations and align marketing efficiency goals with overall business strategy. Provide leadership and operational support to the global presentation production teams, North America marketing partners, and direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in finance (Asset management experience preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with presentation production and / or product reporting.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills to review processes, solve complex problems and identify improved methods for efficiency.
  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, preferably in a managerial role with people leadership experience.
