Senior Financial Analyst

We’re a diversified financial services leader seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Advice and Wealth Management (AWM) LFO team. In this role, you’ll deliver accurate month-end results, forward-looking insights, and decision-ready analyses. You’ll own core financial processes, including results reporting, forecasting, and planning, and provide analytical support for business decisions impacting advisor growth, retention, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial, analytical, or related role.
• Strong command of financial modeling and analysis using spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Experience with accounting and financial concepts with the ability to apply them to business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, decision-supporting analyses and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with the business and help support new initiatives.
