Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key Finance partner supporting the Ameriprise Franchise Group (AFG) Recruiting organization, helping drive advisor growth by delivering rigorous financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include performing financial modeling, analyzing advisor recruiting deals, and providing financial recommendations and decision support for recruiting offers to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a financial, analytical, or related role.
• Strong command of financial modeling and analysis using spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, decision‐supporting analyses and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with Business partners and build strong relationships.
