Associate Director, Marketing Analytics

Role Overview

AmeriSave is seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Associate Director of Marketing Analytics to help build the data foundation, reporting, and insights that drive marketing performance.

The ideal candidate will develop trusted analytical datasets, evaluate channel and partner performance across the full customer funnel, and translate complex findings into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related discipline
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex query development, data validation, data modeling, table design, stored procedures, and scheduled jobs
• Hands-on experience working with relational databases and large, complex datasets
• Experience building dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-ready visualizations in Power BI or a comparable business intelligence platform
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect detailed data findings to business performance and recommended actions
• Experience analyzing multi-step conversion funnels, customer cohorts, channel performance, or partner performance
• Ability to manage analytical projects independently from initial scoping through validation, visualization, and stakeholder readout
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
