Corporate FP&A Manager

Role Overview

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a strategic and experienced FP&A Manager to join their growing Corporate Finance team. The role involves shaping the financial strategy and operational performance of the company, collaborating with senior leadership and business unit heads, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

What You Will Do

As the FP&A Manager, you will prepare financial reporting material, monitor the FP&A close, consolidate and analyze monthly results, drive visibility into labor productivity and key operational KPIs, and support budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial operations, a strong analytical and financial modeling skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial operations
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA, CPA, CMA certification preferred)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience supporting senior leadership with reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expert-level Excel required
• Experience with financial systems, data platforms, or consolidation tools preferred
