Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead United Electronic Industries’ (UEI’s) marketing strategy and oversee day-to-day execution across channels, programs, and operations.

What You Will Do

Own UEI’s integrated marketing strategy, annual plan, and budget, aligning investments with growth priorities, target markets, and revenue goals. Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear priorities, ownership, workflows, and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • 3+ years of experience leading people, programs, or cross-functional marketing work
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across content, digital, events, social, advertising, and lead generation
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows, content, research, analytics, automation, or operations, with documented human review and quality controls
