Role Overview
The Data Analyst with Business Focus will combine technical expertise with business understanding in a broad role close to the business. They will help the business and IT find solutions together, capture and structure needs, and translate them into clear requirements for data, data flows, and technical support.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will perform qualified analyses, create visualizations and dashboards, and drive business needs to verified results. They will also contribute to making data accessible, understandable, and reliable through requirements for data quality, common definitions, metadata, permissions, and traceability.

Requirements
- several years of experience in data and analysis close to the business
- strong technical foundation with business understanding
- good knowledge of SQL
- good knowledge of Python
- experience of visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- experience with modern data platforms, such as Microsoft Fabric, information management, or AI support with business data
