Marketing Manager

Join Amgen’s mission of serving patients. As a Marketing Manager, you will work with field-based Amgen colleagues to sell Amgen’s products, create business plans for customers, and develop marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for gaining a critical understanding of customer needs and access implications, synthesizing data and analytical insights into strategic brand recommendations, and supporting payer engagement strategy and pricing decisions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a brand manager or marketing-related occupation
  • Knowledge of drug development, regulations, and patient care practices
  • Ability to set up frameworks and views to support a brand through mapping and building the bridge between strategy and execution of marketing activities
  • Experience in driving analytical marketing projects using various programs and tools
  • Ability to develop and execute tools and resources to communicate a product’s value proposition
  • Experience in generating insights from data to develop situational and competitive analysis and strategic imperatives and tactics
  • Ability to utilize forecasting models to develop LRP (Long Range Plan) and budgeting in brand planning
