As a Marketing Manager, you will work with field-based Amgen colleagues to sell Amgen’s products, create business plans for customers, and develop marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for gaining a critical understanding of customer needs and access implications, synthesizing data and analytical insights into strategic brand recommendations, and supporting payer engagement strategy and pricing decisions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a brand manager or marketing-related occupation
- Knowledge of drug development, regulations, and patient care practices
- Ability to set up frameworks and views to support a brand through mapping and building the bridge between strategy and execution of marketing activities
- Experience in driving analytical marketing projects using various programs and tools
- Ability to develop and execute tools and resources to communicate a product’s value proposition
- Experience in generating insights from data to develop situational and competitive analysis and strategic imperatives and tactics
- Ability to utilize forecasting models to develop LRP (Long Range Plan) and budgeting in brand planning
