Role Overview

Amphenol RF is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of the company’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical digital marketing skills with strong project management, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

The Digital Marketing Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for website-related activities, including content updates, landing page development, troubleshooting, and coordination with external development partners. They will support digital content creation, marketing automation, and the implementation of new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Three to five years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B manufacturing or a technical industry
• Experience managing corporate websites using a content management system (CMS), including content updates, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and AI search visibility
• Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), website performance reporting, and lead-generation metrics
• Experience creating and optimizing digital content using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and AI-powered platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to coordinate website development projects with external vendors
• Strong written communication, proofreading, and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and develop an understanding of Amphenol RF’s products, markets, and customer needs
