Senior Customer Success Manager – DACH & North

Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own 15–20 Major Enterprise accounts across DACH, Benelux and the Nordics, and stay with each one from kickoff through renewal and expansion. You will lead deployments end to end, spot risk early and fix it, grow adoption, tell the value story, drive revenue with your AE, shape the product, and raise the bar.

Requirements

• Proven Customer Success experience managing a portfolio of large Enterprise accounts
• Experience with Enterprise deployments where change management and data governance were central
• Clear commercial wins: customers you’ve retained and expanded
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with exec presence
• Solid project management skills and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving, independent role
