Role Overview
The Financial Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the loan servicing function, leading a team, and ensuring payments and payoffs are handled accurately.

Manage a portfolio of active construction and bridge loans, process loan payments and advances, and maintain accurate loan records.

Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in construction loan servicing, administration, or a related role within private or institutional lending
- 2+ years in a team lead, supervisory, or senior individual contributor capacity
- Strong working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction processes, draw mechanics, and inspection protocols
- Experience with loan management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume pipeline with accuracy and urgency
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, use of Artificial Intelligence, and data reporting through Excel or Power BI
- Fluent in English and Spanish
